My name is Rhoel Ternate and I am the Deputy Grand Knight for UNLV College Council 15061. I am e-mailing you to let you know that our Degree Team will be conducting a First Degree Ceremony at the Catholic Newman Center at UNLV on Thursday, 23 September 2010 at 7:30PM. Councils in the Southern Nevada area looking to enroll new members, our goal is to conduct at least one First Degree Ceremony a month.

St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Council 10442 has scheduled a 1st Degree Exemplification on Saturday September 4, 2010 in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Church’s St. Francis & St. Claire Rooms, 7260 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV.

1st Degree Start Time: 8:00 AM.
Candidates, Sponsors and Degree Team must arrive no later than 7:30 AM. Dress Code: Business Casual is requested.
Other Council Representatives: Bring Constitutional Rolls with Materials (MC, R, B, and LP) and notify Membership Director Bill Allen at (702) 630-9515 or e-mail: wjwks@email.phoenix.edu on how many candidates you are bringing.

MEMO: for Financial Secretaries!
The State Deputy directs all Financial Secretaries to be at 1st degrees with their council's candidates and to insure that the form 100's are faxed directly to Lou Barbour at Supeme as per membership directors prior announcement. "Want them faxed next day at latest." Lou's FAX number is 1-203-752-4108. Lou asked that if possible, make a copy of the Form 100 before FAXing it. He will receive a much more clear copy that way. Even better would be to scan it and save it as a pdf file and send them to him in a email. His email address is: Louis.barbour@kofc.org
